FLUXX gathers personally identifiable information provided by you when you register for services that we offer such as email newsletters. Providing this information is optional. We use the information collected from you to provide you with news and information about FLUXX and the experiential marketing industry. As required by the New Zealand Privacy Act 1993, FLUXX follows strict procedures when storing and using the information you have provided. Only FLUXX team members will access the information held. We will not provide your personal information to any third parties. We may provide aggregated data to our clients about our website traffic, however, these statistics will not have any personal information which would identify you. Sniper Systems Limited hosts the FLUXX websites. All data is stored securely behind its firewalls.
