Founder and Director

Mark has an unrivalled background in brand experience with specific knowledge in the sponsorship leverage space. Over the past 17 years he has worked on some of the world's biggest brands; creating, planning and delivering award-winning campaigns globally.

In the UK he worked client side with drinks giant Diageo as part of their youth and event-focused Venture Marketing team; then with agencies Inferno, The House, BD-Network and Pulse. Back in NZ he has consulted with BTL and experiential agencies including WRC, OgilvyOne and Proximity Pulse, before setting up his own shop, FLUXX (formerly AmbientX) in 2008.

Under Marks passionate leadership, FLUXX has become one of the leading, dedicated experiential agencies in NZ, winning two APMA gongs along the way.

Mark is a founding member and chairman on the executive committees at EMANZ (The Experiential Marketing Association of NZ) and the CAANZ Marcomms Leadership Group. He is also NZs representative with the APMA (Australasian Promotional Marketing Association).

As a leading voice in his field, he also regularly lectures both in NZ and Australia on experiential marketing and sponsorship leverage, at AUT, Colab and The Communications Council (Aust).
