2M Systems Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the provision of our services.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
